Dealership is fine. Service Dept could be improved. Made appt to have oil changed, tires rotated in afternoon thinking AM rush would have passed. Gave positive response when questioned whether we would be waiting. Received video in error of vehicle checked in ahead of mine within 25 minutes of arriving. Finally received video of my vehicle review an hour later, but did not get out for additional 45 minutes - total of 2-hr wait. Entirely too long. Please improve on this aspect. Otherwise actual service is good but something should be done to shorten wait time especially for waiting customers. More

I had a coupon for a reduced price oil change of $69I was told regular price was $89.My bill only shows a discount of $12.74, which I should have questioned before leaving. The wair was longer than anticipat told regular price was $89.My bill only shows a discount of $12.74, which I should have questioned before leaving. The wair was longer than anticipated. Although I don't usually eat snacks while waiting, many took advantage of the basket of snacks, which has now been replaced with a vending machine. That's sad. The in take staff member was pleasant.
