Thoroughness and customer loyalty mean nothing After last two regular oil changes, I left the business and the 'low wiper fluid' warning light came on. I immediately returned to have them refill th After last two regular oil changes, I left the business and the 'low wiper fluid' warning light came on. I immediately returned to have them refill the windshield wiper solution which is a customary and routine part of a regular oil change. They seemed more interested in selling me small add-on service than focusing on doing a through job. My most disappointing and baffling experience was recently when the car was in for major and costly repair work...$3K of oil and radiator leaks. My appointment had to be booked a week out. Upon arriving I was told that no loaner cars were available at the time, but I could rent a car at their dealer rate from a business next door. Loaner cars were being held for those upcoming service appointments, even though I had made an appointment a week out. I am totally baffled how a dealership as large as this one simply doesn't have enough loaner vehicles to accommodate their loyal and high paying service repair customers. More

Pleasant, helpful personnel but a credit miscommunication James the service manager was very good at explaining the work they were recommending. As far as I know the work done will be good. Waiting accommodations are very nice with beverages and snacks. My only complaint was at checkout. I had received a card recently showing I had a $25 service credit. When they pulled my info up online they said I had none. Part of the reason I drove 25 miles for service was this credit. I have always been happy here in the past with the work and the personnel. So while this is frustrating in the bigger scheme of things it is no big deal. More

Services were provided as agreed upon at price negoiated. The only item I will mention is the service writer indicated that the car would be cleaned as part of the service and it appears that it was not. New Customer "First Impressions Are Lasting Impressions". Drop off was efficient and timely. I was greeted by a polite well groomed young man when I pulled up for my 9:00am service appointment. The Service Drop off was efficient and timely. I was greeted by a polite well groomed young man when I pulled up for my 9:00am service appointment. The Service Consultant I had been assigned to collected my keys and took down my phone number. He said my vehicle would be ready at 1:00pm. Not hearing from them by 3:30pm, I called them. The service department receptionist who answered the phone did some research and found out my car was ready for pick up. The pick up was less than efficient and timely. As I walked into the service department there was only one Service Consultant present and he was on the phone. After a minute we made eye contact. He told the person he was talking to on the phone "Hold on please". They he said to me "pick up?" I said, "yes". He said: "Who is your consultant?" I said "James". He then dialed another extension and said to the person on the other end of the line; "Hey, can you come out here and help for a minute." A young women came out of another room (within a moment or two) and looked at this Service Consultant who nodded to the young woman and said: "He's picking up. The paperwork should be on James' desk". She and I went over to James desk. She looked around for awhile trying to find the paperwork. She asked me my name (first time someone asked me my name). I told her and she found the paperwork. As she was looking for the keys behind James desk, she asked me: "Do you know where they might put the keys?" I said, "No, I just moved here from Colorado." She finally pulled out a cardboard box inside a cabinet and presented the box to me and asked, "Do any of these keys look like they are yours". I looked inside the box and said, "yes". I pulled out my keys and gave them to her. She took the paperwork and my keys and we walked back over to the Service Consultant that had summoned her earlier (He was still on the phone). By this time, 2 more Service Consultants were at their desks. The Service Consultant took the paperwork and looked at the packet. After a brief review, he gave the paperwork back to the young lady.. She then said, "please follow me", and took me back to the billing desk where she processed my payment for the service I had done. This young lady was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with her. Her fiancé is in the Army and will be deploying soon. All in all, good service....not exceptional service in terms of customer service, communication and efficiency. "Good" overall performance is still OK in my book...as long as my car is handled with exceptional care and superior mechanical skill and knowledge. I will return! More
