Oil change schedule software needs attention. Came in for just an oil change and it took 2.5 hours after he stated it would take 1.5 hours. Apparently it got pushed back with whatever system you Came in for just an oil change and it took 2.5 hours after he stated it would take 1.5 hours. Apparently it got pushed back with whatever system you guys use. James noticed it wasn’t completed and made sure to get his guys on it immediately. Took longer quoted but the service dept does great work. Big thanks to James and team but get rid of that automated scheduler. More
