When we met James a few days later he showed us the car we discussed. It was nice but after seeing some of the other options we changed our mind on the car. Both James and Robert (the Sales manager) were fabulous! They made the buying experience smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. They make you feel extra special by taking a photograph of you and your family next to your new car. My children got a kick out of this. Great service, fantastic negotiation for a fabulous car! I was searching around for a specific car for several months. Searching all over the country, looking at web sites, emailing dealers, etc. But when I was searching around for a specific car for several months. Searching all over the country, looking at web sites, emailing dealers, etc. But when it came down to it, the best dealer was in my own backyard in Maryland. I negotiated the base deal, came in and had a great test drive and bought the car. Its the small things, like having the car in front, started, had a customer sign on it, etc. Makes you feel special when someone goes out of there way on the details. After purchasing it, they cleaned it up and when I picked it up, it had a giant red bow on it! I was working with James Tan and Robert Buchanan. They both were extremely knowledgeable and made you feel that you were driving something really special. More

I had narrowed my search to either the Maserati Levante or the Alpha Romeo Stelvio. James called me when the first 2 Stelvios in the US rolled off the truck. From the first phone call through my becoming the first Stelvio owner in the US, James was terrific, low-key but extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles. I can't say enough about the experience. I met Omar when we closed and he was charming and very helpful I drove past 4 other dealers to work with James and the Criswell Alpha Romeo team! More
