Moises Alvarez has great customer focus. He even made sure that my I-Phone was connected to the hands free.feature of the Passat. When he couldn’t get it to connect he had an associate nam He even made sure that my I-Phone was connected to the hands free.feature of the Passat. When he couldn’t get it to connect he had an associate named Erik help and they worked as a team and resolved the problem. I would never have been able to figure it out. The dealership is one that deserves a visit if in the market for a vehicle. More

Lameshia was great to work with! She was helpful, patient, and kind. I didn’t enjoy dealing with some of the sales tactics. The first monthly payment estimate brought to us was way m She was helpful, patient, and kind. I didn’t enjoy dealing with some of the sales tactics. The first monthly payment estimate brought to us was way more than we were looking to spend and they eventually got down to about half that first number, which left me wondering what kind of fees/terms they were trying to give us the first round. Also, they would not tell me the interest rate until the very last minute, they were clearly trying to withhold that information as long as they could. However, I imagine these are tactics commonly used among most dealerships, so hard to avoid. Overall, everyone was pleasant and nice and we left with a beautiful vehicle we hope will last us a long time. More
