James made our car buying experience great! We usually dread going to dealerships because well, sometimes it’s just overwhelming but this time it was smooth, quick and exciting! I’ve been going to this dealership for about 2 1/2 years since I moved to Texas back from North Carolina. And never seen nothing but good service. I’ve taken my car to be serviced there several times, and I since I moved to Texas back from North Carolina. And never seen nothing but good service. I’ve taken my car to be serviced there several times, and I’ve always been pleased with the work that was done. I recently traded my car in for a new car, and the buying experience was beyond anything that I’ve experienced in the past, my purchase was expedited and I spent very minimal time at the dealership. I give it a five star rating. More

Well, update: It seems that I did not have the correct phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, is that some thing I have) as well as to inquire about some of the basic features on my car and he was very helpful. There’s a key safety feature that apparently is neither included on this car nor available to add on. I’m immeasurably disappointed. But James explain to me how I might add it on later. In the long run, another good Kia experience. More
