I recently traded my car in for a new car, and the buying experience was beyond anything that I’ve experienced in the past, my purchase was expedited and I spent very minimal time at the dealership. Well, update: It seems that I did not have the correct phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, phone number for James. We’ve sorted it out and he’s been tremendously helpful. I called Daniel in service to ask about roadside hazard (as in, is that some thing I have) as well as to inquire about some of the basic features on my car and he was very helpful. There’s a key safety feature that apparently is neither included on this car nor available to add on. I’m immeasurably disappointed. But James explain to me how I might add it on later. In the long run, another good Kia experience. More
