Enjoyed the entire process. They made it easy and the process took only a couple hours and I was even able to drive the vehicle out. My only complaint is that the monthly payment shown on paper ($442), differed from the payment when I log on to the bank's financing page ($660). The upcharge is possibly the dealer warranties and whatnot, but this wasn't made clear to me. Overall a good experience with good people. Love the vehicle More
