I was very pleased with my recent transaction. I traded in my 9 yr old CX9 and purchased a new one. I got very lucky when I called into the sales department. James answered and this was the sta I traded in my 9 yr old CX9 and purchased a new one. I got very lucky when I called into the sales department. James answered and this was the start of a very easy and fun process. James was outstanding! He made sure the vehicle I was interested in was waiting for test drive when I arrived. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. And he followed up with a phone call a couple of days later, which I appreciated. James is very easy to work with, and really knows the Mazda product. I highly recommend Brookdale Mazda, and if your looking to buy a new one, call and ask for James! More
