Bought a used car. Didn’t get it for over two weeks which was not ideal but okay since they were making repairs. One issue was the radio didn’t work. There was very little communication, and we only had updates when we asked. Then when we finally got our car, half of the radio buttons did nothing work. We had to drive back and forth thirty minutes multiple times though we had been promised the car would be delivered to us, and we would only need to make one trip to the dealership. One of the trips was because Luther missed a signature on the document and they could not come to us. Yes, this is a very difficult market to buy a used car in, but Luther has again disappointed me again. Bought a car from Luther once 15 years ago, and promised myself I would never go back. Here I am kicking myself for buying again from them. More
