Customer service beyond expectations I went there to get my recall item fixed and got more than I expected--they gave me multi-points inspection report I had wanted to ask about. Excellant customer Service and a ver knowledgeable staff. Work done: Machined rotors on front brakes. rotated and balanced 4 wheels. Washed vehicle. Provided a loaner vehicle at no charge. Did not charge Work done: Machined rotors on front brakes. rotated and balanced 4 wheels. Washed vehicle. Provided a loaner vehicle at no charge. Did not charge for tire rotation because the other work done which necessitated removing all four wheels. Service adviser, Jami Meredith explained that charging for rotation would have been "double dipping" since the wheels had to be removed anyway. More

Great People I continue to marvel at the upbeat culture at Acura Columbus (new customer, third service appt). Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employ I continue to marvel at the upbeat culture at Acura Columbus (new customer, third service appt). Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employees seem to be the new norm, this dealership is so refreshingly different it's almost like the Twilight Zone. From the valet guys who greet you, all the way to the ladies at checkout, EVERYONE appears to love their work and they seem genuinely interested in making your visit as pleasant as possible. I've stayed in luxury hotels whose staff don't care this much about their guests. I'm 51 and I've NEVER written a customer review. Who knew a routine visit to a service department at a car dealership would compel me to do so. Hats of to the owner, managers and all the teammates who practice what the preach. More
