Great People I continue to marvel at the upbeat culture at Acura Columbus (new customer, third service appt). Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employ I continue to marvel at the upbeat culture at Acura Columbus (new customer, third service appt). Whereas lousy customer service and disengaged employees seem to be the new norm, this dealership is so refreshingly different it's almost like the Twilight Zone. From the valet guys who greet you, all the way to the ladies at checkout, EVERYONE appears to love their work and they seem genuinely interested in making your visit as pleasant as possible. I've stayed in luxury hotels whose staff don't care this much about their guests. I'm 51 and I've NEVER written a customer review. Who knew a routine visit to a service department at a car dealership would compel me to do so. Hats of to the owner, managers and all the teammates who practice what the preach. More

Very Inpressed I didn't have to lift a finger! they met me at the door and escorted me through the whole process. The waiting room was comfortable. Always an excellent experience I only came in for an oil change, new spark plugs and tire rotation but I have immediately noticed the difference. Advice is given on what needs to be done to the car to keep it in good condition, the situation is carefully explained but staff are not aggressive in selling service. More
