It's a tough auto market right now, which added frustrations on both ends. Dealer did not fully honor lease incentive program listed on their website and confirmed via online sales support. They did work out a satisfactory agreement in the end, but it made the process more frustrating than necessary. Don and the rest of the crew were extremely nice and explained everything. If you can wait a few months to buy or lease a car, I would highly recommend doing so. Then you should have better options and incentives. More

Everyone from greeting me to helping me throughout the process was super nice and helpful. I was welcomed warmly, offered water, and escorted to where I would be helped. My credit doesn't have the best history but Jamie worked his magic and gave me a competitive rate that afforded me a monthly price in my budget. I will definitely refer people to Sloane Glenside!
