I came to the dealership to test drive a Nissa Rogue. I was very happy to get a salesperson who asked what I needed in a car and who took the time to explain the Rogue to me. Steve Newby is great. The person who did the paperwork was very friendly. She got all the paperwork completed for me. Somewhere in there the undercoating and 3M protection work got messed up. Steve helped get all that straightened out. I think the dealer ship is good, but it's so big, I think things fall through the cracks. I was told I'd get a full tank of gas. It was half full. Steve got it filled up. I am very glad Steve is looking out for me. More
