Employees at Luther Nissan Kia I bought a great truck from this dealer i haven't had any problems with it after 3,500 miles. But the day i bought it i realized later in the day that I bought a great truck from this dealer i haven't had any problems with it after 3,500 miles. But the day i bought it i realized later in the day that i left my sunglasses(kind of expensive pair) in my Jeep i traded in, I called the salesman that sold me my truck(which he told me to do if i had any questions or concerns) and I left him a voicemail and he failed to ever return my call. The day I brought my truck in for the complimentary oil change at 6:59am(7am appointment) me and the woman next to me at the 2 service doors waited until 7:05 when one of the techs finally left the group conversation they were all having inside to come open the doors. It doesn't seem like a big deal to most people but thats why people schedule appointments so early because they're busy and have to be on their way. More

Great effort by everyone I worked with at Luther Kia/Nissan! I worked with Mr. "Big Luke" Horn of Internet Sales on a used Kia and he was proactive and also responsive. After making contact I visited the dealer I worked with Mr. "Big Luke" Horn of Internet Sales on a used Kia and he was proactive and also responsive. After making contact I visited the dealership early the next morning and Luke had the car I was interested in warmed up and ready to go. He introduced me to Mr. Rich Spah as we discussed terms and conditions. They didn't pressure as I left the dealership to ponder my decision. They stayed in contact with me and made themselves available through several different modes of communication. Upon my return they continued to work for me to reach a deal. I met with Ms. Jamie Groth in the Finance Department and she could not have been more respectful, helpful, kind and most of all, hard working to get me the best rate possible and to make sure I understood all of my options in a very timely manner.
