Our first purchase (back in 2009) we met the same friendly group... that Rio has been reliable so far. We were able to purchase both of our vehicles with the monthly price we were asking for (price lowering, incentives, money down, loan length, etc) + get 100K added warranty coverage/undercoating. We are very pleased with the second purchase from this dealership and plan to make another within the next few years. Service (general maint.) has also been awsome and easy to set up on line. More

We brought in a used KIA Rio (bought it private) that we were having door handle issues with and the service department fixed it quickly (So we wouldn't have to climb over the seat to get in and out!) and they were very friendly! When it came time for me to buy my first new car my dad and I went there to test drive two cars. We also checked out another dealership but ended up right back where we started! No pressure and our salesman was very nice, thanks Luke! I love my new Altima and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks me where I got it that I went to Luther. More

So Extremely Satified with Luther Nissan Kia I went to Luther on Saturday to sell a vehicle that we no longer were using. Juan met us at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima last year and had such a wonderful experience then that Luther is the only place I would have gone. So....was not there to buy a car, but to sell one. While waiting and chatting with Juan, wandered outside to look at cars and spotted the RIO. Very cute little car and a great 2nd car for us. Juan convinced us to take a test drive and really loved it. Did not go in to buy a car, but ended up leaving with a new RIO. The thing I love about my experiences at Luther is everyone is so friendly and helpful. Loved Jamie Groth. What an awesome Finance Manager. Not only did she work for my best interests, but also was willing to help update my car insurance online and ended up saving me $30/mo. She did not have to do that, but willingly helped. We are so happy with our new lease and car purchase! I met Igor about 4 months ago and when I walked into the show room, he headed towards me, he remembered me!!! That made me feel really special! Igor was such a great sales rep, very patient and not at all pushy, I so appreciated that... and Jamie was pure joy to deal with. We've been customers since 2004 and have never had a bad experience. I give the associates a perfect 10! And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Adam who when I pulled into the service department greeted me with "Hey Dhona, long time no see, how are you doing?" that made my entire day! He knew me!
