We knew that's what we wanted, and we have our mind set on a specific set of features we needed to fit our life. Jeff Kessler was an amazing sales professional. He was able to hone in what we wanted, pick a car from stock and wow us from the beginning. The features we needed were there, and the perks were still well within our price range, that we had one of the best buying experiences ever. Jeff also made paper work easy, streamlining questions into conversation, and effortlessly filling out otherwise tiring sales demographics paperwork. Jamie Groth was a joy to work with. Her attitude, and charm pay off well during another boring activity - financials. Jamie made securing financing, filling out paperwork, going over service plan options, and finishing up the business end of things - very very easy. Scott Nemitz has provided me service during my trips to Luther InverGrove. He is also a consummate professional. I enjoy using the service depot to get all of my official Kia service done as well as routine maintenance - even on vehicles that are not Nissian or Kia. More

Danielle was so great in getting the Juke I wanted and all the options I needed. She allowed me to take a great test drive and answered all my questions about the vehicle and it's options. She spent the extra time after the sale to teach me all the options details, and how to set up all the systems to my liking. She knows all the vehicles and details about them, I was impressed. She made herself available for my schedule and she made sure the financing process went smoothly. Jamie couldn't have been more efficient when managing the financing and signing all the contracts. She helped select the best fit in Finance and the best package of Warranty options for my vehicle. This was the second vehicle we purchased in 3 months from Luther Nissan KIA and both Danielle and Jamie made the purchases a great experience. I highly recommend Luther Nissan KIA, from the vehicle inventory, the great pricing, and excellent service. I've been a 5 time purchase customer and I wouldn't go any where else. More

I went into Luther Nissan Kia because I had seen a commercial and was wondering if I qualified for one of their lease specials. I walked in before they even opened, not realizing it and spoke to Sue j commercial and was wondering if I qualified for one of their lease specials. I walked in before they even opened, not realizing it and spoke to Sue just inside the door. Even though she technically wasn't working yet she still sat down with me and talked to me. I wasn't sure I could even afford a car, but new exactly how much I could afford as a payment. After test driving one vehicle with Sue, she could tell that I was okay with the Nissan Sentra, but wasn't at all excited about it. I knew I had limited options because Sue was very honest with me about my credit and the payment options before we test drove anything. I really felt like she understood that this was a nervous purchase for me. Sue asked me if I would like to test drive a Kia Soul, but was up front in telling me that Kia may not approve me due to my credit. I test drove the Kia Soul anyways and fell in love with it! Sue obviously could tell because she and a finance manager talked Kia into accepting me and lowering the monthly payments on a lease. I was so very excited and although, the process and paperwork of the lease took a long time it was well worth the wait. Jamie was very up front and explained all the paperwork I had to sign. I didn't feel pressured or forced which was a VERY different experience than the other dealerships (Chevy and Ford specifically) that I had spoken to and test drove with over the previous months. I will be going back to Luther for all of my future car leases or purchases! More

Jamie even made signing the paperwork a pleasant experience, and she provided detailed information (as requested) and flexible options for extra vehicle protection and extended warranty. Luther Kia provided extra perks AFTER the sale including a month of free washes at The Downtowner and gas discounts and a gas card. I had a great experience overall and recommend Luther Kia! More
