I was thrilled by my experience at Luther Nissan Kia. I came for a test drive two months before I leased, and I really appreciated that John didn't make me feel pressured to buy before I was ready. Jamie was delightful and answered all my financing questions with enthusiasm. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease. This was my second new car purchase, the first being a 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. There was nothing wrong with the first Optima, except I wanted some options in the car and 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. There was nothing wrong with the first Optima, except I wanted some options in the car and the turbo that comes in the Optima SX. And the reason for going back to Luther Nissian Kia in Inver Grove was the people. Everyone from my sales guy Igor Tenebaum to Jamie Groth in financing and Greg Isham in the service department were all great to work with. I felt comfortable and not pressured in an way, which meant a lot to me. More

I came into Luther Kia looking to test drive the Sportage with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver' with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver's seat. Any question I had during the test drive he answered without hesitation. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and he went over my options and some numbers. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy that day. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions that I forgot to ask. He called me two days later to ask if I had any other concerns and to ask if I was interested in making an appointment. He asked what color I would like and told me if it was no longer available he would find what I wanted and get it to the dealer by the time my appointment was. During the appointment he walked me through every detail and explained anything I didn't understand. Going through the financial process, Jamie answered all my questions very well and also helped me understand anything she was telling me. The whole process in general was very fast and moved along smoothly. Igor also showed me the service department and helped me set up my first oil change. Once I got my keys Igor went over everything in the interior of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked including setting up my phone for bluetooth and helping change the time. I was also originally looking at a Hyundai and picked Kia because of the great service and attention I received from Igor. If I ever need another car or if someone asks me about where to go I will 100% always suggest Luther Kia and Igor. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

My wife and I were very happy with our overall experience at Luther Nissan Kia. This experience started from my initial phone conversation with Dan the day prior to our finalization of signing for the new ca at Luther Nissan Kia. After calling 15 dealerships, he was the respectful and engaging, promptly calling me back. He understood my needs and he was able to give us the options that we wanted. Even when we decided to go in a different direction, he patiently sat down with us and he explained things to us so that we could make the best decision possible. I was looking to replace my car and had found one on the internet that I liked. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. i was long over due for a newer vehicle and Jeff Kessler was great from start to finish. He used the financial and personal information I had given him as well his knowledge of cars similar to the one I cur was great from start to finish. He used the financial and personal information I had given him as well his knowledge of cars similar to the one I currently had/loved to find a great car for me. He had it warm and waiting when I arrived at the dealership, with other options in mind too. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I had some financial restrictions which complicated the things a little, but Jeff found financing for me on a Mercury Montego that I love more and more everyday. I was highly satisfied with his customer service skills and appreciated how "pain-free" he made my car buying experience. Jamie Groth was also incredibly helpful when it came to making sure I got the best deal possible from the banks. She mirrored Jeff's friendly demeanor and professionalism. Both employees thoroughly and simply answered all of my questions. I am a customer that bases most of my loyalty to a company on customer service. Luther Nissan Kia, Jeff, and Jamie both reflected the stellar reputation I have heard about from others, and exceeded all of my expectations as a customer. I am a young individual with several car purchases left in my life and will definitely return to Luther Nissan when the need arises. More
