He even spent time on his day off to make sure that my needs were met and my questions were answered! Both Sales Managers, Chris and Peter, made me feel extremely comfortable while I was shopping and Jamie made my purchase smooth and effortless. Friendly! Quick and easy- very little hassle I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car. Going from an SUV to a Sedan was a scary thought. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted to look at, unfortunately what I had my eyes set on was already gone. Jamie didn't hesitate, he threw out a few other options and I was open. Within 20min we were test driving a couple potentials. I wasn't in love with anything. Thank goodness Jamie was on his toes, searching his inventory papers while on a test drive- by the time we got back, we hopped in an Audi A6 and I fell in love. I was a bit skeptical at the time because it was $9k more than I anticipated spending. Jamie never made me feel pressured or uneasy about anything. I went home over the weekend- thought about some things- went back Monday..ran some numbers but had a different dealership to visit to look at another car. A cool guy named Trevor, was very helpful, trying to work numbers as fast as he could since we were in a rush (this is where it gets good). HE OFFERED FOR ME TO TAKE THE AUDI so I could compare side by side at the other dealership. I took the car overnight, looked at the other vehicle, went back to CBB the next day and sat down with Jamie. (Again, no pressure whatsoever.) He asked how the visit at the other dealership was and I responded: "I want the Audi!" We started the paper work and in just over an hour I was driving off with my new car!!! I am very pleased with the service and patience everyone at CBB showed. Jamie made sure I had a great experience buying my new luxury vehicle. Thank you! More

I had my eye on one car and was working with Jeff Hallenbeck over text before arriving at Certified Benz and Beemer. Jeff was off that day, so Jamie was able to step in and help me out. He was great. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is, because I shelled out some more cash getting the alignment and front rotors replaced. I'm from Albuquerque, and was in a little bit of a hurry, so I didn't really have the time to get a mechanic to check it out (my fault), nor do I know if they would look at these types a things. Overall it was a good experience and I love my car. More
