Poor customer service I have been getting my car serviced there for the last three years. You took 10 days to get the parts to get my car fixed. In that time, you did not try to offer any other options for transportation. You knowingly were aware that the delay was your fault and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. Your initial estimate was making me liable for non approved parts by the warranty company! You caused me undue hardship, especially during the holiday season. I am in the market for a new vehicle but I would not give your dealership the business, even if you were giving away your inventory. More
