We, and members of our family, have bought multiple vehicles over the years. GATES is a first rate dealership! We had a transmission problem with our Rogue and it was out of warranty but Denny complete vehicles over the years. GATES is a first rate dealership! We had a transmission problem with our Rogue and it was out of warranty but Denny completely took care of us. So, we bought our 2nd Rogue from Martin who made the whole process comfortable during these difficult times. He searched and found exactly what we were looking for and continues to check in with us! I scheduled an appointment online after not being able to get through on the phone, he called me and was confused with what I was scheduling. I need my rear brakes replaced and I need them to fix my horn which they messed up last time they gave me an oil change. The incompetence is running rampant at this location. Years of going here mean nothing to them. Run in the other direction. More
