I scheduled an appointment online after not being able to get through on the phone, he called me and was confused with what I was scheduling. Not sure how much clearer it could be since it was done in an onl get through on the phone, he called me and was confused with what I was scheduling. Not sure how much clearer it could be since it was done in an online system designed by them. I need my rear brakes replaced and I need them to fix my horn which they messed up last time they gave me an oil change. The incompetence is running rampant at this location. Years of going here mean nothing to them. Run in the other direction. More

Award winning sales service from Roberto and Gates Team. From the moment I drove into the dealership everything just felt right. Chris the business manager took me through the paperwork with ease and a complete explanation of what I was signing. I'm still wondering what I signed at some of my house closings. I had a great send off with my Frontier. The only thing missing was a marching band and fireworks. More

Gates is the dealership to beat! I have been working with Gates for over 15 years and have purchased many vehicles from them. I recently purchased a new Armada and the experience was I have been working with Gates for over 15 years and have purchased many vehicles from them. I recently purchased a new Armada and the experience was amazing. I worked with a new sales rep Nick F and his attentiveness, attention to detail, follow-thru and more importantly the follow up after was something he himself and Gates should be very proud of. I don't even live in the state of CT and I felt like I lived next door to them with the customer service I received The service department! All I can say is WOW, it is never a pleasure when your vehicle has routine or non-routine maintenance needed, BUT Gates makes the experience painless! Jeanna and the team are outstanding Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
