I can't thank Jamie Martin enough for helping me solve an issue with my car. I accidently left my headlights on just before leaving on holiday for a month. when I returned, my battery was completely draine issue with my car. I accidently left my headlights on just before leaving on holiday for a month. when I returned, my battery was completely drained and needed to be replaced. I drove in to Val Ward Cadillac without a scheduled appointment and was immediately helped by Jaime. Within a couple of hours, I was back on the road and my car was like new. Thank you. More

He is a nice guy, but very scattered and inattentive. He told me I would be there for 1.5 hours, and instead I was there for nearly 3 hours. Further, I was forced to pay $250.00 for lug nuts I told him I He told me I would be there for 1.5 hours, and instead I was there for nearly 3 hours. Further, I was forced to pay $250.00 for lug nuts I told him I didn't want. I then had to speak with the service manager who said that they'll change-out the lug-nuts and refund my card. So, in order to get my $250 back, I'd have to drive over an hour each way -- PLUS the time I'd have to be at the dealership for them to do the swap. I'm considering just disputing the charge with my credit card company. More
