I would say that all staff are personal and helpful. What is not right is that it took me 45 days to get an appointment. Also, I have a 3rd key to my Santa Fe and told I could only activate 2 keys not What is not right is that it took me 45 days to get an appointment. Also, I have a 3rd key to my Santa Fe and told I could only activate 2 keys not 3. I should not be restricted on the amount of keys for a car I paid over $50K. More

Was really in dire straits with an overheated engine on a Saturday afternoon while in town from out of state. The service team lead by Jamie really did me a solid by diagnosing and executing on repairs to h Saturday afternoon while in town from out of state.
