I had just bought a new 2026 Palisade, this being my third palisade. I purchased my new Palisade at Tamiami Hyundai because my last Hyundai dealership the service was awful, not caring, and the sales d third palisade. I purchased my new Palisade at Tamiami Hyundai because my last Hyundai dealership the service was awful, not caring, and the sales department was almost as bad. Yesterday;s visit to Tamiami Hyundai really made me happy making the decision I had made to switch dealers. Meeting Jamie and having him go over vehicle with me, diagnose the issue and then bring up qualified mechanic to go over the problem and then solve the problem was excellent. The whole process made me feel that this department is concerned for their customers and want to do the best for them. A part had to be ordered to complete the job but in reality I am looking forward to going back for the completion. Now between the sales department staff and the service department staff I will not buy another car elswhere. More
