There was a problem with my oil change. My car leaked 1 1/2 quarts of oil within days of having it changed. It spilled all over my garage and my beautiful paver driveway. I took the car back immediately upon discovering it. Jamie Ruiz handled everything and set my distrust for the dealership good. He will arrange for someone to come clean my driveway and garage. Service department. Jaime it’s very rude and very unprofessional, he looks down at customers not knowing who he’s talking to. He was very rude to me last week and very r Jaime it’s very rude and very unprofessional, he looks down at customers not knowing who he’s talking to. He was very rude to me last week and very rude to my friend the week before. If he is rude to customers I imagine how difficult must be to work with him. This is not the first time this happened. Jaime talks down to customers making us feel like he’s doing us a favor, he doesn’t make us feel welcome. I don’t know what are your customer service standards but Jaime won’t be working for me that is for sure. His “I’m better than everyone else attitude “ does not work with my company standards.
