Mazda CX 5 North Penn was one of the few dealerships to provide me with an online quote. The only thing we take dealing with Mazda is that they deal only with Chase Bank as a lender for leasing, leaving the coustmer for the monopoly of that bank, I hope Mazda give chance to thier coustmer to choose other lenders, or at least couple of them. I personally dread the experience which normally requires A customer just sit in the show room while their sales person goes back-and-forth to the manager to request a rebate or A better offer on their trade in. But Tim Presented me with a “option without any delay or nonsense. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He and his colleagues made it a totally pleasant experience. Excellent experience. Previous to dealing with North Penn Mazda (NPM), I have been shopping around for about 3 months. Due to my location, the cars that I was interested in Previous to dealing with North Penn Mazda (NPM), I have been shopping around for about 3 months. Due to my location, the cars that I was interested in were often clearly more expensive around my area. I had no other choice than to drive ~3 hours in order to get a competitive price. Therefore, finding a trustworthy dealer like NPM was crucial. It was the first time I spoke with them, but they delivered. Starting from Jamie (Internet representative), they gave me the information I was looking for, and recommended me to a great sales specialist, Dan. He then helped me get all the documents in order, revealing all information as requested. He also arranged the service people to get the certified inspection and detailing done in 2 days so we can pick up the car that weekend(I had special guests coming the next week). The actual visit was equally as great, if not better. From the get go, the trade in was done as agreed, all paperwork was in order. Even Brent, the finance manager, was a delight to talk to, and really helped us go through the documents and process easy, with no hidden issues/questions. Truth be told, it was my first used car purchase, and I was quite worried that they might pull something on me (and I will be in a losing position, since I would have to drive 3.5 hours back home). However, my first visit to NPM was excellent, and I feel I will make more trips in the future. I recommend NPM to other perspective buyers, including ones who are planning to travel to purchase. More

The car had an issue which the dealership tried to brush off but we ended up having to take it back in for CPO warranty repair. They provided us with a courtesy car but it was still a hassle as in live an hour away from the dealership. So wish that was easier. But overall, a good experience - the service department seems to be very efficient. So if you live close by, my issue wouldn't be such a problem for you. And yes, I'm very happy with my new car. More
