I was in for an oil change and to deal with a recall notice. I told that due to the number of vehicles ahead of me that it would take 45 min to an hour before they could work on the vehicle. Then an add notice. I told that due to the number of vehicles ahead of me that it would take 45 min to an hour before they could work on the vehicle. Then an additional 30 min to deal with the recall issue to include wash and vacume. I was in and out within an 45 minutes of showing up. I was very thankful for waiting and appreciative of them getting me in and out in the time that they did. More

I came in for am oil change and experienced a strong smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he wa smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he was leaving for the day but he stopped and accommodated me by putting the car on the rack and giving me a new filter. I appreciate all of the people involved with accomodateing me. I can't remember their names but I thank them. More

I get my Lincoln serviced at Sutton Ford and they do an excellent job. My car drives well and it stills feel brand new.
