Confident Oil Change Quick Lane: Hi, I came in to have my oil changed but there a 2 hour wait I was reassured that I could be picked up from work by the shuttle service. Quick Lane: Hi, I came in to have my oil changed but there a 2 hour wait I was reassured that I could be picked up from work by the shuttle service. The service team kept me updated on my car's service as well as the shuttle service promptly pick me up. I like the Quick lane service team. The desk woman is Great at her position, always with a Welcoming Smile, and she has great customer service skills. I will recommend and return for future services. More

Awesome service work at Sutton I have bought cars and have had service done on them since 1973. For the first time, I actually enjoy going to have my car serviced. The service people are professional, caring, knowledgeable and do superb service work. The wait time is not excessive and the waiting area is very comfortable. More

Not as great as usual A final bill that is more than $70 over a quote of $x "out the door" is just not the same! Talk about sticker shock! Then when questioning the cost, your told, "Oh, well that was in addition to the work originally quoted." Can't submit survey with checking at least 1 name. Typed name or unknown staff doesn't qualify. More
