Service for Explorer/New Lease While getting my Explorer service, we had to turn-in the Edge that was at the end of term of lease. Lester Parker was the person that we had the pleas While getting my Explorer service, we had to turn-in the Edge that was at the end of term of lease. Lester Parker was the person that we had the pleasure of working with and I must that it was a PLEASURE to work with him. We were going to lease another Edge , but in working with Mr. Parker, we were able to leave with a MKC for the same price that we had been paying for the Edge. Job well done. More

Blown away by the detail in cleaning Brought my F150XLT in for the autobutler Result? Showroom look inside and out. Windows , Dash, Carpets, Even my aftermarket WeatherTech floor mat was Brought my F150XLT in for the autobutler Result? Showroom look inside and out. Windows , Dash, Carpets, Even my aftermarket WeatherTech floor mat was cleaned. Ron was nice to talk to, and Jaime was really helpful and nice. A couple minor downsides, tried to be friendly and talk to the person who was running the courtesy ride bit, He was "non-committal" .- Other issue was I lost the new car smell at 5000 miles because either the mat wash product had a strong scent, or the water used was dirty. Auto Butler did an excellent job with my truck. The paint looked brand new when they finished. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to service my truck and this did an excellent job with my truck. Expectations Exceeded Not only did Jamie do a great job and addressing my customer service needs as I was there for and Auto Butler appointment, but Dave also took the time Not only did Jamie do a great job and addressing my customer service needs as I was there for and Auto Butler appointment, but Dave also took the time to follow up on previous issues that were addressed in my vehicle service 6 weeks prior. A genuine sense of concern for their work and concern for the customer. After addressing my service issue 6 weeks ago I have not had a glimpse of an issue. After my Auto Butler appointment, I felt like I was in a new car! Great service all around!!! More
