Before I returned he had another ready and waiting for me. He was friendly, beyond patient, understanding and very attentive to my car buying needs with zero pressure to make a quick decision. He explained everything and allowed and answered all questions and concerns. Ken in finance was just as friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable also. Those two definitely know how to make a vehicle buying experience seem easy and effortless. I saw only smiling employees and every one of them said, “Hi” as they passed by with a smile.
