When I make an appointment, and I'm on time, I expect someone to meet me, even if it's on the weekend which I do understand is the peak time of the week. I arrived on time and their check-in person greeted me with a smile and got my rep, Melissa, who promptly set me up with Cameron Wynn. Both encounters I was offered something to drink and eat. Cameron was friendly, professional, and straight forward in asking me what I was looking for. I told him I was seeking a Civic Sport. I laid my cards on the table about my credit situation, what I was willing to put down, and what I was comfortable paying. He got his Sales Manager, Jamison Frank involved right away who was incredibly personable and polite with a similar, upfront approach to tackling what I was seeking. Without telling them anything about what color or features I was looking for, Cameron went to pick out a Civic Sport that was the exact color I had been eyeing online, but with alloy wheels with black gloss inserts to boot. It was the perfect car to match my personality. It was ultra sporty and exactly what I asked for and more. That matters to me when I go somewhere. It wouldn't make any sense to walk into a restaurant and ask for one dish and for them to serve you something else entirely. Not only did they get me something perfect for me, but they worked it out so I could lease the 2019 Civic Sport, where other dealerships refused to even consider it. Their Finance Manager, Sondra, made the paperwork fast, efficient, and painless when I came to get the vehicle. Getting this vehicle as well as the experience through the process at Mohawk Honda has been life changing for me. I have already recommended them to 4 people I know are looking for car purchases/trade ins sometime this year. Even after my purchase, Cameron reached out to me to recommend a Geico referral agent with a better quote for my new car than what I have been paying with Progressive as a 5 year customer. Civic EX-L Pete Menagias was the best salesman I've ever experienced. I was highly annoying and he went above and beyond. Was rear ended the week prior, the guy' Pete Menagias was the best salesman I've ever experienced. I was highly annoying and he went above and beyond. Was rear ended the week prior, the guy's insurance was bogus and I didn't want to spend a ton on a 9 year old car I hated. But I needed a car ASAP, and Pete was able to make it happen by the day I needed it. I pressured him to have it ready, as I couldn't miss an important work meeting. He even came in on his day off to expedite the process for me. On our first test drive, I explicitly told him he doesn't need to be a salesman with me, meaning I didn't want to hear him try to upsell everything. Guess what? He did not trying upsell at any point. I knew I wanted this particular car and the process was on point, on time and most importantly, Pete was not pushy in ANY way. He changed the way I feel about having to go to a dealer to buy a car. Jamison and Speranza were fantastic in helping me do the paperwork early, so I could arrive the next day and pick up the car and be out the door in a half hour. Well done all around, guys. More

We started out looking at CR-Vs and changed in mid stream to an Odyssey as that is what we are replacing with this new vehicle. I would like to thank everyone at Mohawk Honda for making this experience one of a Kind. The made the 1st experience an amazing one and the 2nd one even better. They will do everything possible to make you happy. One thing I was impressed about was when I was told. “Our goal is to make you happy even if you walk out without buying a car from us, but you made this trip so what can we do to make this trip worth while?” The perfect plan was put together very well. Ultimately, I had an amazing experience MJ along with all the sales associates I interacted with and Junior who walked me through the vehicles specs were very attentive not just with me but I also noticed how they dealt with other costumer.
