I was originally told my oil change would not be free. The service rep then called and found out it was. If I would not have questioned this I would have paid for the service. Also, they performed another service for approximatly $200 that was based on the 31,000 milage. I told customer rep I thought I only had 21,000 miles. I told him if I was correct don't do the service. They did the service but when I got my car it only had 21,000 miles. Don't have the name of the person who waited on me at the service desk. First time I had issues with my oil change cost and the other thing mentioned. Jan Goebel was wonderful with checking on the status of my vehicle. More

I brought my car in for regular maintenance package along with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minute with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minutes and said that the mechanics may have run the battery down because they left something on so they jump started it and it should be fine, but if I wanted to get my battery checked it would be an extra $50. I have never had any issue with my car, this being the first time when it is being returned to me after having serviced. I did not feel that it was fair for them to charge me to check my battery when they were the ones who caused the problem. More

Overall, I was extremely happy with everything. The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that I dealt with were very friendly and did not try to push me into buying anything extra. I was not expecting to get two keys for the car but I got two keys for the car and that made it extremely convenient. The one problem that I have is that there was no owners manual in the car. The car itself is very complicated and the sound system is even more so. When I asked about the owners manual, I was told it’s online. I went online. More than 200 pages of information is in the manual and to use that online, especially if I am utilizing my cell phone makes it very difficult to learn and utilize all of the electronic an audio possibilities with the car. More
