I’ve bought 2 cars before this new purchase and in the past there’s always this feeling of hesitation while signing paperwork because it’s a complicated/heart wrenching process and sometimes you never know what your getting into, right.... NOT THIS TIME!! From beginning to end my sales person(Nate) was absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase today. I really really appreciate all the help I received during my buying process. Nate walked me through every step to ensure I knew all my possible options and in the end he spent extra time (explaining in great detail) all the cars features while also helping connect and manage my devices before travel. Also, Karen & Kevin in the finance department were amazing as well, very kind and thorough. They went above and beyond in assisting me with this brand new car purchase. If I could add more than 5 stars I would, because that’s what this dealership really deserves. Tbh, if I had more money I would’ve probably bought 2 cars.. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 50 years, and I have never been treated. So wonderful as I was at Hyundai of Annapolis. My daughter and I had just come from a miserable experience at Sheehy Lexus o have never been treated. So wonderful as I was at Hyundai of Annapolis. My daughter and I had just come from a miserable experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis where they try to sell us a used Hyundai Santa Fe. That had a hundred thousand miles on it. And they lied and tried to cover up the fact that it had serious rear end problems not to mention the old rotors on the back that they said we're just replaced. . When I confronted them about it. They lied and said that they were just replaced when they clearly. Had been on the vehicle since it was new, I even took pictures of them and other mechanic said the same thing. Have made a decision to go back to Hyundai of Annapolis and purchase a new vehicle in the next couple months. More

S We had been taking our 2009 Santa Fe to the Annapolis Hyundai for 9 years and have always had fantastic customer service in the service department! Sadly, it was time to replace the old car (she had served us well for nearly 200,000 miles!). I had done my research and knew that a) I wanted a 2019 Santa Fe, and b) I wanted to work with the Annapolis Hyundai folks. Not surprisingly, the sales folks were just as friendly and helpful and efficient as the service peeps. Now we have a wonderful new car that I am so excited about driving every day, and our payments are within our desired budget. I couldn't be happier and am very grateful to everyone who helped get me through the process! More
