I've had been coming to the dealership since 2015. I have never been dissatisfied with them. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 50 years, and I have never been treated. So wonderful as I was at Hyundai of Annapolis. My daughter and I had just come from a miserable experience at Sheehy Lexus o have never been treated. So wonderful as I was at Hyundai of Annapolis. My daughter and I had just come from a miserable experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis where they try to sell us a used Hyundai Santa Fe. That had a hundred thousand miles on it. And they lied and tried to cover up the fact that it had serious rear end problems not to mention the old rotors on the back that they said we're just replaced. . When I confronted them about it. They lied and said that they were just replaced when they clearly. Had been on the vehicle since it was new, I even took pictures of them and other mechanic said the same thing. Have made a decision to go back to Hyundai of Annapolis and purchase a new vehicle in the next couple months. More

Fantastic customer service! We had been taking our 2009 Santa Fe to the Annapolis Hyundai for 9 years and have always had fantastic customer service in the service department! S We had been taking our 2009 Santa Fe to the Annapolis Hyundai for 9 years and have always had fantastic customer service in the service department! Sadly, it was time to replace the old car (she had served us well for nearly 200,000 miles!). I had done my research and knew that a) I wanted a 2019 Santa Fe, and b) I wanted to work with the Annapolis Hyundai folks. Not surprisingly, the sales folks were just as friendly and helpful and efficient as the service peeps. Now we have a wonderful new car that I am so excited about driving every day, and our payments are within our desired budget. I couldn't be happier and am very grateful to everyone who helped get me through the process! More
