Very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional Sales team. I was afforded the opportunity to visit multiple dealerships prior to purchasing my Qx50, and without doubt, Infiniti Gwinnett's personab Sales team. I was afforded the opportunity to visit multiple dealerships prior to purchasing my Qx50, and without doubt, Infiniti Gwinnett's personable staff superseded all competitors from the moment I stepped on the lot. Honestly, I arrived at the dealership unannounced with the intent of only test driving a vechiel.. Diego, greeted me immediately, answered all my questions (exhibiting great patience) and I eventually test drove two vehicles. I must admit, I was extremely impressed with both Diego and the Qx50, however, I still held the autonomy to visit other dealers, but agreed to meet with Jana prior to continuing my visits planned with other dealers later in the day. Jana, is an excellent sales mgr! I truly enjoyed our negotiation process, which is generally not the norm based on my prior experiences. Jana, was very transparent, engaging, and exhibited the utmost professionalism thru out our conversation. I did in fact leave the dealership after our pleasant conversation due to two other fluid negotiations currently in place, however, I was compelled to come back with my wife later and purchase the Qx50 primarily due to the fact of Diego and Jana.... I wanted to do business with them. In full transparency, the Compact SUV platform is extremely competitive and affords consumers a wide variety of choices and pricing options. Having said this- I was looking for a dealership who truly wanted my business (both short term and long term), and there was only one dealership that checked all these boxes... that's why Diego & Jana earned my business. Once we aligned on a price, Jana, introduced me to Sam in fiancé, which concluded and overall enjoyable purchase experience as Sam could not have been more professional, friendly, engaging, as he patiently walked my wife and I thru all finance options and packages. Once completed- Diego, met me out front with our new Qx50 washed and cleaned, and highlighted by a big red bow. Excellent car purchase experience!! I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and look forward to exploring a potential purchase of a QX80 down the road at some point. My car purchase on December 29 was a very pleasant experience. I was looking to replace my G35 that I purchased on January 2, 2007 from this dealership. My husband and I stopped by on Saturday, Dece experience. I was looking to replace my G35 that I purchased on January 2, 2007 from this dealership. My husband and I stopped by on Saturday, December 26 to checkout the Q50X, and we were approached by Benson Vo asking if we had been helped. We said no, and he then proceeded to assist us by arranging a test drive. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Since we weren’t planning on purchasing a new car on that day, and we were going to look at a Subaru Crosstrek, as a possibility, Benson was very professional, and said that he would look forward to hearing back from us after the Subaru visit, and hoped we would continue with a new Infiniti, We returned on Tuesday, December 29 with the intent of purchasing a white Q50X, and Benson made it happen. He was never pushy, and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you!! More
