Tag Teamed Into A Beautiful Vehicle!!! I was "tag teamed" into a beautiful dream car by Ben Walden & Mark Preston. Mark met me at the door when I went early for my reserved test drive. He h I was "tag teamed" into a beautiful dream car by Ben Walden & Mark Preston. Mark met me at the door when I went early for my reserved test drive. He honored my request to show me the car right away (without a bunch of sales talk). To my delight he left me to explore the car for a while. When he returned he informed me that his prior customer needed more time so he took the very unique & selfless action of asking his sales mentor Ben to wait on me rather than to keep me waiting with only partial customer service. Mark couldn't have left me in better hands. Ben was a down-to-earth, straight shooter, again without a bunch of sales talk. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & its features. Ben picked the perfect course for testing the type of vehicle I drove. Ben actually helped me do additional market research of vehicle prices & features on his office computer. I took that not only as confidence in his product but a desire to make sure I felt good about my purchasing decision or even if I made no decision at all. With Ben and his laid back style, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy, no subtle suggestion that another customer would buy the vehicle if I didn't commit before I left. I enjoyed the purchase Ben! I have to give the lovely Jana a shout-out. She is the "queen of the dealership" and made being there fun. My thanks also to Goran for "the deal"! My advice to car shoppers, the next time you're looking to upgrade your ride, give these good folks a visit! More

Room for improvement I got a vehicle that was not detailed before delivery, you could feel and see dirt particles on body, even around mirrors. I wanted a 2020 vehicle but was told that none was available. The interest rate is high and was not based on my credit rating. Other dealerships and banks are currently offering lower interest rate. Wish I had shopped for my own loan I would have gotten a lower interest rate. Once you sign the contracts and drive off the lot that is it. They are not going to take back the vehicle if you are displeased. Jana was very professional throughout our encounter unlike Velko who was upset with me for sharing my opinion of sales process. More

The car we came for sold before we could see it, but we were able to find a similarly equipped vehicle 1 year newer and with less miles. Everyone at the dealership treated us like we were regulars there. They were even pet friendly to our puppy who was traveling with us that day. Going above and beyond any dealership experience we've had before, makes us wish we lived close enough to have regular service here. It was definitely worth our 2.5 hour drive from Augusta GA to come here! Love our new car too! More
