Well I meet my new best friend Hamber, he was very respectful of my time and really put in a effort to listen to what I wanted and put me in the right car for me. The financing team was great. I didnt feel like Hamber left me I felt like he was right by my side the whole time , which made this experience eye opening for me .. not only will I by my cars from this dealership, my future hubby plans on going to see Hamber next year for his new coupe. I was nervous about the turn in process since it was my first time turning in a lease and I had read about some negative experiences. Well, Carla and Jana were amazing! They already had my numbers for the new lease and made the process so easy. I am so happy with my 2019 Infiniti QX50! I even experienced a road block in the final delivery process because I had a fraud alert on my credit report from years ago. Jana worked really hard to be sure that everything was cleared up and in the interim I was able to take a loaner while she fought for me. I came back a couple of days later and all was well. Jana and Clara absolutely ROCK! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out this dealership and definitely ask for Clara and Jana! More
