Worst customer service and management I went to the dealership and sales person lying on the sofa near reception, He (Jason) was my sales person with very good knowledge of the cars and de I went to the dealership and sales person lying on the sofa near reception, He (Jason) was my sales person with very good knowledge of the cars and details . The time I finalize the deal they started blackmailing me with higher APR . Finance manager Sam Ghazal one of the rude person I ever met in any dealership he was trying to be a very busy person and he case to me and said this is the rate we got you want or not and raised his shoulder and left . Finally I purchased the vehicle as my wife liked that vehicle and next day I refinanced that vehicle from another bank on less then half APR . Sam quoted me BofA offered through him 7.99 % and directly I got 3.99 ,0 down 72 months . I will complain business bureau for charging me dealer fee $599 under the name of doc fee . When I told Jason I want to see manager so he went into the managers room and said they gone for the day and said inside is new car manager but previously same manager came to me after 1 hour waiting for Sam and said he is coming. I never recommend nor do business with this dealership. Shame on you More
