The finance manager did not try to pressure us or upsell and in fact was honest in sharing what was a good fit for our needs rather than offering items that were not worthwhile. The sales manager Jana was amazing. She was pleasant, caring, and fun to work with. Alexia Andrews is a gem and extremely professional. If you need to buy a new car please consider this dealership! Ask for Velko Tsvetanov in sales. He is very kind and attentive and really knows the vehicles. More

Very nice person but is erratic in her sales delivery and does not provid the information requested. I asked many times for all paperwork I would be signing. I was assured it had been delivered. This was not true. I was shocked when Sam in the business office asked me to sign all the paperwork he deliverd to me. This was the paperwork I had asked Kenice for so many times so I could review with my Team. More

From picking up from Service to driving off in a new car I brought my family with me to pick up our 2015 QX60 from service and my wife and kids went to look around the new car showroom while I checked out. B I brought my family with me to pick up our 2015 QX60 from service and my wife and kids went to look around the new car showroom while I checked out. Being into last year of our lease, we were starting to talk about the next car. My wife wanted to test drive a QX80 so Jana hooked us with Jason and Kenneice who expertly maneuvered the huge SUV out of the back lot for us to take a spin. After a quick spin we drove a 2018 QX60 as a few things have been improved since our 2015. All the options and technology was expertly explained for both cars. Being a hot May Day, Kenneice made sure the kids had drinks and a snack which kept them happy. After the test drives we worked with Jana on the “numbers” and she took the extra time discussing everything with me and my wife. The pros and cons of each model in leasing vs purchase was transparently gone through. After a few discussions we decided to go with the QX60, 7 months early for the same payment! The new car process was wonderful and quick. Kenneice, armed with her iPad, showed us about all the new features and changes to the QX60. She got my wife’s iPhone paired to the new car and patiently showed us how to operate the hands-free tailgate. Next we were off to Sam to complete the finance process. This was probably the quickest I have ever been in a finance office. No pressure to purchase anything additional. No special coatings or options just a quick but no pressure review of their prepaid maintenance plans. After signing a few documents we were done. I cannot say enough great things about Gwinnett Infiniti and their staff. They make purchasing and servicing a pleasure instead of a nuisance. More
