Jana stepped in immediately to greet us and negotiate a great deal on a Q50 Sport 3.0T. There was no slight of hand with figures and facts as used to be the stalwart of car dealerships in the past, simply the best deal they could provide right up front. And no pressure, just patience until we decided on the car for us. And, because of our circumstances, Damir personally delivered our car to our home and did the complete new-car delivery in the driveway. We drive right past other Infiniti dealers, but the customer service at Infiniti of Gwinnett is exceptional. We recently brought our G-37 to this dealer for an oil change and rear brakes. While waiting for our service to be completed, we browsed at the new cars in the showroom and took a few test drives with the wonderful Sales Consultant, Damir Osmanbasic. We leased a 2017 QX-50! Damir and Jana are so professional, friendly and very knowledgable about their inventory. In my opinion, buying a car is stressful, but Jana made the whole process quite stress free as she made us an offer we could not refuse. More

She is saying that she could not sell any cheaper than invoice price. Plus add500 dollar on top of it. Also they appraised my tradein car value 3000 lower than carmax and said cannot give more than that... She talks very aggresive and i felt why am i here? Am i here as customer? Or as employee?? Very rude. Soon i just drove into infiniti roswell very nice service and they are actually trying to help me out to finance my car with good nego. I signed next day and love my q60 with bad experience on infiniti gwinnett, i just go there to buy some parts thats it. More

I visited a different dealership before heading in and let Nasira know that I was hesitant because of the games dealers play with your trade, tax, blah, blah. The overall experience was wonderful. She came out and met me in the parking lot and got right to work on meeting my needs. Her manager Jana was kind and even entertained my 6 year old. I had initially thought I'd dread the time spent at this dealership, unlike others it was time well spent getting to know the employees and letting them know that they do business much differently. No closed doors or hushed conversation, they knew what I wanted and made it happen. More
