She is saying that she could not sell any cheaper than invoice price. Plus add500 dollar on top of it. Also they appraised my tradein car value 3000 lower than carmax and said cannot give more than that... She talks very aggresive and i felt why am i here? Am i here as customer? Or as employee?? Very rude. Soon i just drove into infiniti roswell very nice service and they are actually trying to help me out to finance my car with good nego. I signed next day and love my q60 with bad experience on infiniti gwinnett, i just go there to buy some parts thats it. More

I visited a different dealership before heading in and let Nasira know that I was hesitant because of the games dealers play with your trade, tax, blah, blah. The overall experience was wonderful. She came out and met me in the parking lot and got right to work on meeting my needs. Her manager Jana was kind and even entertained my 6 year old. I had initially thought I'd dread the time spent at this dealership, unlike others it was time well spent getting to know the employees and letting them know that they do business much differently. No closed doors or hushed conversation, they knew what I wanted and made it happen. More

I receive a call the next morning from Jeff Edge telling me the grocery list of issues, I'm in a panick. I come by at lunch, we have a small convo that leads to, I need a new car. I don't know what awesome magic Nasira whipped up to cause her manager Joana to take an interest in my special case, but these ladies are AMAZING. This dynamic duo worked magic to get me into a brand new 2016 Q50 for a VERY reasonable price considering, it's Infiniti! -great service -courteous staff -honest advice -real logic with decision -the best xxxx dealership I've visited. Did I mention they asked about my military affiliation before I could even ask about military incentives?! Loved it! More
