No pressure, great to deal with When purchasing my previous vehicle from another dealer two years ago I was subjected to all sorts of pressure - they tried to get me to switch my aut When purchasing my previous vehicle from another dealer two years ago I was subjected to all sorts of pressure - they tried to get me to switch my auto insurance to an agency the dealership owner also owned, they tried to convince me to take financing through them instead of paying cash, and they tried to sell me an extended warranty at a hefty add-on price. Rude high pressure tactics were used for that last one. How refreshing was my experience at Charles Barker Lexus by contrast - no effort was made to sell me anything of these add-ons. The process could not have been simpler, and everyone with whom I came into contact could not have been more gracious - and this group included Patrick Antar, the Sales Representative who had also undergone special technical training and was their specialist in this area, Shawonda Massenburg who went through the paper signing (closing) process with me, Jane Tucker who also worked in Admin, and the General Manager whose name was Tony I believe, who paid for our lunch which we went out for while waiting for the paperwork to be processed. What a pleasant experience this was, in stark contrast to what I had to undergo two years earlier. More

I saw a car a few days before I purchased it and when I called back on it, Mohamad got to work on getting the car ready to make the deal happen. The quality of the car was excellent and the service as well. I had my own financing but they were able to get me a cheaper rate! Everyone that assisted me was really nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable and had trust in those guys as it’s sometimes not that way at car dealerships. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle, I recommend Charles Barker! Ricks More
