Just purchased my third vehicle from Gateway (2020 Outback) and couldn't be happier...I traded my 2018, did my research and we had a deal (including test drive) in less than an hour for my new one. Janet Beyer was my sales person this time and she did a great job walking me through the features on the new one...and this car has a lot! Made an appointment for the next day to finish the paper work and have to say that technology has made this pretty seamless. Was driving away in my new Outback in under 2 hours...trade in completed, all paper work done and tutorial on the smart features. Have always had great experience with this dealership and this may have been the best! More

Janet Breyer was very, very kind and patient. I stared considering the Ascent in February, 2020. Needless to say the COVID 19 took over our lives. Expected Excellence and they delivered Contacted via website and Janet called and scheduled an appointment. We looked at the Outback and Forester and she gave us a route to test drive. Wound up buying the Outback and finalizing the sale was a breeze. Deal was good with no pressure either on the buy side (no real manager involvement) or on the finance side. 0% was a gift as we were prepared to pay outright. Since this is a new car, can't comment on service or other areas, but the sales experience was great. More

There was no pressure. Janet was available at the time of both appointments. I had an idea of the car I was interested in purchasing and went on a test drive. After seeing Janet was available at the time of both appointments. I had an idea of the car I was interested in purchasing and went on a test drive. After seeing the car I liked Janet was very helpful with my special requests, dog backseat cover, extra key fob, and scheduling the treatment for the seats. Janet returned my phone call about an extra key fob and made me aware of the price. The dog seat cover was installed on the back seat when I picked up the car. When I picked up the car Janet's overview of the car was just enough to make me feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. Jeff was straight forward with the financial side of the transaction with no pressure. He returned my phone call the next day and answered a question that I had. More
