Deal was good with no pressure either on the buy side (no real manager involvement) or on the finance side. 0% was a gift as we were prepared to pay outright. Since this is a new car, can't comment on service or other areas, but the sales experience was great. More

There was no pressure. Janet was available at the time of both appointments. I had an idea of the car I was interested in purchasing and went on a test drive. After seeing Janet was available at the time of both appointments. I had an idea of the car I was interested in purchasing and went on a test drive. After seeing the car I liked Janet was very helpful with my special requests, dog backseat cover, extra key fob, and scheduling the treatment for the seats. Janet returned my phone call about an extra key fob and made me aware of the price. The dog seat cover was installed on the back seat when I picked up the car. When I picked up the car Janet's overview of the car was just enough to make me feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. Jeff was straight forward with the financial side of the transaction with no pressure. He returned my phone call the next day and answered a question that I had. More
