We recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the total buying experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in all aspects of the car and sales process. She walked us through the basic functions of the car and answered any questions we had through the entire process. She walked us around the dealership an made us aware of the layout for our future reference. We never felt any pressure. Janet was great to work with!! We then worked met with Zack Nagler in the finance dept to go over final paperwork. Zack was very friendly and provided us with additional maintenance and car options. Again, no pressure to purchase. Two weeks later we went back for a scheduled meeting with Dawn Shores the delivery specialist to receive a more detailed review off the of the vehicle functions and answer any questions we had. Dawn was also great to work with and extremely knowledgeable as well. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. More

I just picked up a new Subaru. When it was order they quoted my a great price on the Subaru I was trading in and a great price on the new one. When the new one ordered from the fac When it was order they quoted my a great price on the Subaru I was trading in and a great price on the new one. When the new one ordered from the factory came in I went to get it and everything they promised was honored. The salesman was great and spent a long time going over how too in the new car. One of my keyless fobs for the trade in was all apart in a sandwich bag. I was unable to put it together and thought maybe it did not work. The sales guy dumped all the parts on his desk and put it back to original condition; plus it worked. Saved me from buying one if those. The whole transaction was great from start to finish. The salesman was Joe Francisco. More

She was very, knowledgeable about the car and all its features. Janet made the car shopping process a pleasure. After making a decision to buy, we drove back to the dealership. Janet went out of her way to have the car prepared for us. The sales process was great. The dealership was extremely transparent with no pressure to purchase. Janet showed us the entire dealership and service department. She introduced us to all the personnel that work there. Finance manager Zach Nagler was extremely helpful and the whole process went very smoothly. This was absolutely the best dealership I have ever experienced. My wife and I are very pleased with Janet and Zach. We enjoy our new Subaru and look forward to our review of the vehicle in a couple of weeks. Buying a car at Gateway Subaru has been a superb experience.
