She has an in-depth understanding of the Audi A6 and was able to clearly walk me through everything in a way that felt personalized to my needs—not just a generic sales pitch. What I appreciated most was how well she listened. I felt heard, understood, and guided toward the right fit rather than pushed toward a sale. That’s a rare quality and made a huge difference in my decision. On top of that, her manager Brett was fantastic to work with as well. The energy between them made the process smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable. When it came time to talk numbers, they were transparent, reasonable, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt good about the deal. There was no pressure—just a willingness to work with me and make it happen. For context, I had also visited a Mercedes dealership during my search, and the difference in experience was night and day. At Mercedes, I felt like I had to push just to get assistance.
