One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off brea having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off breaking the lock. It would not have bothered me if they had said something before they let me drive my Jeep home with a single latch, holding my hood down. When I noticed what happened I reached out to the lot. I had to drive back to the lot to show them that it was broken. They told me to order a new set, which I did and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me.
