Technician video and detailing the service was awesome, but the service writer or manager did not seem to know if we had extended warranty or not pertaining to the vehicle almost cost us extra funds withou but the service writer or manager did not seem to know if we had extended warranty or not pertaining to the vehicle almost cost us extra funds without doing his research The dealership itself and sales reps Are all on the job. I was just ask if we bring the vehicle in using the same service Ryder that we have a little history put together before talking to the owners of the vehicle to keep any misunderstanding from happening.
