We purchased a certified used Honda pilot from out of state, and Jared made the entire process as smooth as possible. From the start, he was very attentive and responsive. We first contacted the dealersh state, and Jared made the entire process as smooth as possible. From the start, he was very attentive and responsive. We first contacted the dealership on a Wednesday, and Jared immediately answered, sending us detailed photos of the vehicle's condition. The dealership was unable to hold the vehicle due to being burned in the past so my wife and I decided to make the trip the same day we contacted the dealership. Jared went above and beyond and sent us dinner and breakfast recommendations for our trip. If you plan to wire money from your bank, be aware there may be a little bit of hesitancy from the dealership. The key is to complete the wire transfer before 1PM. After that, just plan to grab lunch/coffee for an hour or two while everything finalizes. Overall, Jared's professionalism, communication, and personal touches made this out-of-state purchase a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend working with him if you're considering buying from this dealership. Also, everyone we came into contact with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself in the market for another vehicle, I will make a trip out to South Carolina and return to this dealership. More
