I had done business with a Lou Fusz in the past and had a good experience but wasn't expecting anymore then that but to my surprise it ended up being one of the best retail/shopping experiences I've ever had. The Sales guy, Andrew Cohen, was polite, patient, and most important pretty down to earth which IMO is the best quality a salesman could have. Andrew explained the things I didn't understand in detail, gave great advise and input on purchase options, and I was given the information needed to make an informed purchase. When it came time to do the finance paper work I had expected to kinda go through the motions of doing such a task, but I did not expect to enjoy my time talking with my their finance guy who not only gave me all the information I need but also seemed like a cool guy. Long story short I would 100% recommend making a purchase here, in fact I already have to a few other people. More

I have had serious repairs and the team has always made it as pleasant as possible. Andy(Service Manager), Zack, Kevin, Nicki, Kevin, Lucas and Carl have always made me and my family feel like family, explaining what needs to be done and taking time to make sure that unnecessary repairs were not done.
