They had the vehicle I wanted I bought a Telluride from this dealership. Other dealers had been unable to find one for me. Once the car came in, everyone was very helpful and frien I bought a Telluride from this dealership. Other dealers had been unable to find one for me. Once the car came in, everyone was very helpful and friendly. My salesperson went on the test drive with me per my request and showed me all the features and helped set up the Bluetooth, etc. While I was waiting for the car to arrive, the communication was lacking, even though I had given them a deposit. The delivery was delayed twice and I did not receive a call about it. It took more than a day to receive a return call after I left a message. The receptionist sounded dismissive. I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I spoke to them. Overall, I am glad I got the Telluride. Joe in lfinance was particularly friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great vehicle. More

First Experience Buying For This Dealership When I arrived at the dealership at my schedule time I was met with a professional young gentleman . he had done his homework so he knew the car I When I arrived at the dealership at my schedule time I was met with a professional young gentleman . he had done his homework so he knew the car I was interested in buying he had it available at the front door so we could test drive it although I declined that vehicle in our conversations he was clever enough to pick up clothes in our conversation of the vehicle I was interested in test driving the features I was looking for the year I was looking for and the payment I was looking for which is very important to each of us . During our time of sitting down to get all the details of my income my work history and such things personal information he was very courteous and kind and professional and did an outstanding job although I couldn’t make the decision to purchase the car right then I needed some time to contemplate the price of the car versus the payments of the car, as I agreed to go put some thought into this purchase he met me at the door with a baked pie which was very warm and considerate. during our time of sitting down to get all the details of my income my work history and such things personal information he was very courteous and kind professional and did an outstanding job although I couldn’t make the decision to purchase the car right then I needed some time to contemplate the price of the car versus the payments of the car, as I agreed to go put some thought into this purchase he met me at the door with a baked pie which was very warm and considerate After contemplating several hours on the vehicle I returned on Saturday and left within an hour a proud owner of a brand new KIA Sportage. This experience was smooth it was simple and it was professional and I will return again in a few years to purchase another vehicle . More
