I was in recently for scheduled maintenance and while I had hoped to get away with a basic oil change, I found that more work was needed. The information and costs were well-explained to me and I appreciated that the work could be done immediately as opposed to having to schedule another appointment. I left spending more than planned, but confident that my car was in good shape and up to date. The new service area is wonderful! More

I bought it at Premier Toyota of Newport, RI. Since then switching to new management, my experience there was a little less than desirable. But knowing that Falmouth is here to service my needs. I will continue to use there services now and for the future. It's funny, they even comp'd me because of my unfortunate long wait. This team is on point, and know there cars. Hard to find that these days. Stop in and you decide? You won't be disappointed. More

Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated kids area with books and a chalkboard. I was greeted with a smile at the new drive in service area. Jared, as always was kind and helpful. I went there for my 60,000 check up and also had to get new tires, back brakes and an inspection. I had my 6 year old son with me who love the kids area with the books and someone walking by noticed him and gave him a package with a coloring book, crayons and a color your own puzzle that he loved and kept him entertained! Thank you for such great friendly service! More
